I agree. I was hit with this too and given that the responses to my stories are overwhelmingly positive - except for the occasional note about my spelling - I would think that Medium would want me to stay and continue to write.

Without proper compensation for my writing here - and even before the Kay was low per read - there is absolutely no reason to continue to support Medium.

So I’m pausing my writing too until the algo tweak is fixed.
